And He came to his disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, ” So you men could not keep watch with me for one hour? Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation, the Spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:40 -41

At the time when the Lord Jesus needed his three closest friends to pray for him, these disciples exhausted from sorrow and found sleeping. One can only imagine that Jesus was grieved much in his heart.
